1 out of 5 stars Sulfates... enough said.   May 1, 2010

I didn't look much into healthier shampoos until I used this one- the soy milk shampoo. I used the conditioner too. First of all, the shampoo has Sodium Laureth Sulfate, to my later understanding. I used the shampoo for 4 month and my hair started to shed. I would rinse out the shampoo and I'd literally have a handful of hair. It left my hair extremely dry and brittle. I looked up harmful chemicals in shampoo and Sodium Laureth Sulfate is the biggest culprit. There are also parabens which are also harmful. The conditioner left my hair a tangled mess. DO NOT GET THIS SHAMPOO unless you want to go bald.

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't clean- leaves my roots greasy   December 17, 2008

Love that it's sulfate-free, but it doesn't clean my hair at all. It leaves it greasy and flat, even though I have normal straight hair.

5 out of 5 stars Nice soy treat for fine tresses   March 29, 2008

I have tried numerous moisturizing shampoos to combat the dry climate in Los Angeles, this is the best so far. Creamy rich thick lather, use a dime-size amount and it just covers the hair wonderfully with sweet smelling suds. Rinses clean and, for me, who only conditions 2x a week, combs through without snarling. I gets of body and curls on my fine wavy hair. A great foundation for building a hairstyle. Just love it!
