 Enjoyable - but not enough August 6, 2010
Tried Everything
I've seen a number of similar titles over the years. Enjoyed all of them. This included. What kept me from giving it more stars is that there's just not enough naked females. For those gents who would like to see a whole gym full of females, I found a very interesting Amazon DVD called FKK Workout. The twist? They're all true blue nudists. The second twist? All ages including children and teens. Never came across anything like that before - or since. Weight machines, free weights and aerobics. Highly entertaining.

I used to own this video years ago and even did the workouts. You workout is done with three instructors who start off wearing gym clothes and once the workout begins they are nude with exception of sneakers and short socks. The downside is that they don't give much instruction and they don't tell you what you need. Also not an equal number of reps are done on each side. Buy this video if you just want to watch beautiful girls' workout in the nude.

This is a serious workout revolving around dumbbells. It is true the weights are light,but the attractive models are not female bodybuilders. These are weights normal girls use; the focus is on form and technique,and the moderator is instructional in this regard. Hey, one of these ladies does 8-10 MALE pushups. That isn't bad!
Three attractive women, one of whom has perfectly original-equipment breasts. Indeed,just the thing to get you working out.An hour tape would be better,imo.
